pre-KIF potluck and post-KIF bbq

Looking for 2 volunteers, one to lead the effort to organize a potluck after practice on the Friday before KIF (1/29). Would like another volunteer to lead the effort to organize a bbq to follow the meet on 1/30. They were a lot of fun last year and the kids have asked for a repeat, if you would like to help please let any of the coaches know. Thank you

NEW SCHEDULE!!!!

There are only 2 meets left, one qualifying meet at the YMCA at 2pm next Sat and the KIF Championship Meet on 1/30/09. Sorry for the confusion, the Kapaa invite changed the schedule and I did not get an update until today.

Sat. 1/23/2010 Qualifying Meet YMCA - Kauai 2:00 p.m.
Sat. 1/30/2010 KIF Championships YMCA - Island 10:00 a.m.

Potluck Friday 5:30pm - Waimea Pool

There will be a potluck this Friday after practice at 5:30pm at the Waimea pool, the items already covered are:

Spaghetti
Garlic Bread
Salad
NEEDED: Other entree's high in protein and carbohydrates, no dessert please

We will also be setting up for the meet on Saturday, if you have a canape that we could use please bring it to the potluck and we'll set it up and secure it. Thanks and see you there!
